Job DescriptionSynopsisThe Product Manager is responsible for delivering Guest 360 capabilities, with a strong focus on Customer Data Platforms (CDP), customer journey analytics, and data-driven customer experience.Acting as the bridge between business, data, and engineering teams, the Product Manager translates customer needs into actionable requirements and ensures delivery of solutions that enhance personalization, omnichannel engagement, and product adoption.AccountabilitiesOwn and prioritize backlog for Guest 360 and Customer Journey Analytics initiativesTranslate business requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery plansDrive utilization and adoption by tracking product performance, feature usage, and customer impact metricsLeverage customer data (CRM, behavioural, transactional) to inform product decisions and improvementsWork closely with Product Managers to align delivery with Guest 360 strategy and roadmap prioritiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams (data, engineering, CX, marketing) to ensure end-to-end integration of CDP and analytics capabilitiesSupport implementation and optimization of Customer Data Platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, FirstHive)Advocate for a customer-centric approach, ensuring solutions enhance personalization and experience across channelsQualificationsEducation & Experience7+ years’ experience as a Product Owner Product Manager or in a similar role within data, digital, or customer platformsHands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) such as Adobe, Salesforce, or FirstHiveStrong understanding of customer journey analytics, personalization, and omnichannel CXProven ability to manage backlog, prioritize features, and deliver value-driven outcomesExperience measuring and improving product usage, adoption, and performance metricsStrong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skillsExperience working in Agile environments (Scrum, SAFe)Additional InformationEtihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
