This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how brand identity, product presentation, store displays, and customer experience come together within the luxury retail industry.The role is ideal for someone with a strong creative eye, a genuine interest in fashion, and the confidence to communicate and coordinate with different teams across the business.Key Responsibilities:Executing visual merchandising guidelines across storesSupporting store displays, mannequin styling, and product placementLearning the brand DNA of Jacquemus, Versace, and Farm RioCoordinating with store teams, Buying, Marketing, VM teams, and Brand HQSupporting stock setup and in-store visual executionLiaising with suppliers and supporting purchase orders, invoices, and related follow-upsAdapting global brand guidelines with cultural awareness for the Middle East marketSupporting brand events and activations where requiredThis is a highly store-facing and operational role, so you should be comfortable moving between Dubai Design District, Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, and other locations depending on business needs.What You’ll Need to SucceedPassionate about fashion, luxury retail, styling, and brand presentationCreative, with a strong visual and stylistic eyeConfident in communication and coordinationProactive, organized, and willing to learnDetail-oriented and able to follow through on tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environmentOpen to early working hours, especially when supporting store setupsComfortable with mall visits, store movement, and hands-on executionAble to work with different stakeholders internally and externallyWhat You’ll GainThis traineeship offers a strong entry point into luxury retail and visual merchandising.
