This role involves coordinating with internal teams, managing tool subscriptions, and ensuring the company’s tech contracts are aligned with business needs and compliance standards. Key ResponsibilitiesSupporting the procurement, management, and renewal of software tools and technology subscriptions while collaborating with legal, procurement, and finance teams to ensure complianceReviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts related to software licensing, service agreements, and technology vendor partnershipsManaging contract milestones, maintaining an up-to-date database of all tech tools and software licenses, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsMonitoring vendor performance, assisting with troubleshooting issues, supporting the audit process, and analyzing tech tool usage to provide cost-saving insightsQualificationsMinimum 2+ years of experience in contract management, vendor management, or a related fieldStrong understanding of technology tools, software procurement, and IT contractsExperience working with procurement, legal, and finance teams in a corporate settingFamiliarity with software licensing models, SaaS, and cloud servicesKnowledge of contract management software and databasesAbility to analyze contracts and technical documentation effectivelyWhat you will bringStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to convey your message to other team members in a clear and concise wayStrong ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentProblem-solving skills, particularly in vendor management and contract complianceEnjoy working as a team member, as well as independentlyStrong negotiation and relationship-building skillsDemonstrated ability to quickly adjust to changing project requirements and new technologies, ensuring continuous learning and innovation
