Exceptional new graduates with strong Java fundamentals and hands-on project experience are also welcome to apply. Rather than focusing on feature development alone, this role is dedicated to improving the performance, scalability and reliability of distributed backend systems. You'll investigate JVM internals, optimize application and middleware performance, troubleshoot production bottlenecks, and build internal tooling that enables engineering teams to ship reliable systems at scale.
