It's an opportunity to combine analytics, strategy, and market intelligence to directly impact commercial success across one of the world's leading airlines.Why This Role MattersAs a Demand Manager, you'll be at the center of key commercial decisions, using data, market trends, and customer demand patterns to ensure we maximize revenue opportunities and achieve our network performance goals.What You'll DoDrive Revenue PerformanceOwn demand forecasting across assigned markets and contribute directly to achieving network revenue and PRASK targets.Develop accurate forecasts across multiple dimensions, including cabin class, departure time, day of week, origin, and destination.Ensure optimal revenue outcomes through proactive demand management and strategic recommendations.Maximize Peak OpportunitiesLead demand and revenue strategies during peak travel periods, holidays, and special events.Anticipate demand shifts and capitalize on high-value revenue opportunities across the network.Monitor Markets & CompetitionAnalyze market trends, customer demand patterns, and competitor pricing strategies.Identify emerging opportunities and commercial risks, adjusting strategies to maintain a competitive advantage.Transform Data into ActionMonitor and analyze revenue performance, demand forecasts, and booking trends.Validate system outputs and continuously refine demand forecasts to drive better commercial decisions.Deliver insights that improve network optimization and revenue performance.Partner Across the BusinessCollaborate closely with Network Planning, Sales, Marketing, Loyalty, Alliances, E-commerce, and other commercial teams.Ensure revenue management strategies align with broader business objectives and growth priorities.Influence key stakeholders through data-driven recommendations and market insights.Drive Innovation & Continuous ImprovementLeverage advanced revenue management systems and analytical tools to optimize performance.Identify and implement process improvements that enhance forecasting accuracy and commercial outcomes.Contribute expertise to strategic Revenue Management projects and transformational initiatives.What We're Looking ForStrong analytical and forecasting capabilitiesExperience in Revenue Management, Demand Planning, Pricing, Aviation Analytics, or Commercial StrategyAbility to translate complex data into actionable business recommendationsStrong commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamicsExcellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skillsPassion for aviation, data, and delivering measurable business resultsWhy Join Etihad Airways?At Etihad, you'll be part of a world-class Revenue Management team where your analysis influences real commercial outcomes across a global airline network.
