The sales and service administrator will support the process of vehicle preparation, vehicle display, and vehicle sale to delivery. Ensure all work orders are closed creating the final invoice for payment or credit function for services pre-paid such as service contracts for the service division. Ensure the process is followed correctly in line with the policies outlined by AG Auto Trading, complying to any legal obligations.
The Officer will also analyse data in sales journey and service journey; extrapolate data of customer CSI and NPS survey from D365 and external vendor CRM support in order to produce periodic reports for the Business.
