Within A-Now / Ultra Fast Grocery, you'll help shape the future of fast delivery while building and operating a new service that redefines how customers receive their orders.As an Amazon Customer Excellence System (ACES) Specialist, you'll implement Amazon policies fairly and consistently while developing associates through coaching, feedback, and performance management—driving excellence in productivity, quality, and safety across all operations.Key job responsibilitiesWe're seeking an ACES Specialist for our Ultra Fast Grocery operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:- Managing, on a daily basis; end to end operations for a combination of small sites. - Supervising Last mile operations.- Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you.- Driving performance management of your team members. - Preparing and implementing training and development plans for riders.- Continuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvement.- Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the delivery station on a daily basis.- Stand-in for Area Manager.About the teamACES Specialists are the guardians of quality — they identify process gaps, implement solutions, and ensure consistent operational standards across sitesAmazon Now is Amazon's ultra-fast delivery service that brings groceries, household essentials, and everyday items to customers' doors in as little as 15 minutes across the UAE.
