Supervisor - Workshop

The Workshop Supervisor is responsible for independently overseeing the performance of skilled mechanics, electricians, and service station workers across one emirate, ensuring seamless workshop operations through effective scheduling, loading, and workflow coordination. This role serves as the key liaison between service advisors, the parts department, and technicians, providing daily progress reports while strictly adhering to ISO-QSE integrated management system standards and established SOPs. The objective is to optimize manpower utilization, drive operational productivity, and consistently achieve assigned performance targets.
