Analyst - Finance

The Analyst - Finance should have projects and real estate development UAE experience and familiar with Dubai Land Department
requirements and forms required to maintain, Bank Escrow knowledge and an Excel master. He/she is responsible of preparing financial models and relevant financial KPI's in addition to timely processing and booking of daily accounts payable/receivable transactions ensuring correctness and accuracy as well completeness of information recorded in the accounting system. Accurate and up to date financial records should be maintained. Accounts payable transactions should be verified to be in compliance with AGP's Policies and Procedures as well as COA, and in accordance with relevant LPO/Agreement as well as within applicable rates.
