Job DescriptionSynopsisAt Etihad, safety, compliance and operational excellence underpin everything we do. As a Training Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring crew training activities are governed by robust compliance frameworks and aligned with national and international aviation regulations.Working closely with stakeholders across Crew Training, you will support the development and maintenance of training processes, reporting standards and governance practices that promote consistency, transparency and regulatory compliance. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to audit readiness, resolve non-conformities, enhance reporting capabilities through data analysis and support the continual improvement of crew training operations.AccountabilitiesEnsure all crew training programmes comply with national and international aviation regulations, maintaining adherence to all applicable regulatory standards.Ensure training procedures and data reporting remain of the highest quality, supporting transparency, consistency and effective governance.Address and resolve discrepancies identified through audits and ensure appropriate documentation and reporting is provided to regulatory authorities where required.Develop, implement and maintain training processes and workflows that ensure crew training and checking activities remain aligned with national and international regulations.Design and implement data analysis tools that support accurate, effective and insightful reporting.Use data analysis tools to monitor compliance with national and international training regulations.Respond to audit findings, address non-conformities and implement corrective actions relating to crew training activities.Support the continuous improvement of training governance, compliance monitoring and reporting practices.Follow through on projects, initiatives and tasks assigned by the Line Manager.QualificationsDegree educated, preferably in Safety Management, Training Management, Compliance Management or a related discipline.Minimum 3 years of operational experience, preferably within Training or Compliance in the aviation industry.Additional InformationEtihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
