Staff Nurse - Medical

The Medical Unit Nurses deliver safe, effective, timely, and highly accessible care that supports the recovery of patients with acute and chronic conditions. They collaborate with other departments, community resources, and patient families to ensure comprehensive and professional care.

These nurses are proficient in a wide range of clinical tasks, including patient assessment, monitoring, medication administration, wound care, diagnostic procedures, and documentation.

They are also skilled in non-invasive care, including education on long-term ventilation, and are competent in managing infusion pumps, IV and central lines, feeding tubes, catheters, and surgical drains.
