Outlets Manager (Palm Avenue)

As a Pool, Beach & Beach Club Manager, you will be responsible for creating exceptional leisure experiences across the hotel’s pool, beach, and beach club operations. You will lead the day-to-day operation of these venues, ensuring outstanding service, attention to detail, and a seamless guest experience in line with our luxury hospitality standards.

You will oversee multiple outdoor leisure environments, leading a diverse team and ensuring consistently high standards across service, safety, cleanliness, presentation, guest engagement, and commercial performance.

Your role will be key in creating a vibrant and memorable pool and beach experience while maximizing revenue opportunities across the operation.
