Identify skill gaps within the team and coordinate appropriate training to strengthen capabilities. Lead and Motivate Operators for Efficient Execution

Provide clear instructions and hands-on guidance to the team. Motivate the team to maintain pace, precision, and accountability. Intervene when output deviates from expected standards and reinforce best practices.

Follow Up on Preventive Maintenance chedules

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely servicing of Machines (e.g., Sheetfed , perfecting,Web ). Track machine health, docume
