As a Merchant Helpdesk Associate, you will provide frontline support to merchants across Point-of-Sale terminals, payment acceptance solutions, merchant onboarding, settlements, transactions, and digital acquiring services.
Based at our Ras Al Khaimah Operations Centre, you will manage merchant enquiries, service requests, and technical issues while coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver timely and effective resolutions.
