About the Role (UAE NATIONALS ONLY)
As a Collections Specialist, you will be responsible for managing delinquent customer accounts, driving recoveries, and supporting the Bank's portfolio quality objectives. This role combines customer engagement, negotiation, risk awareness, and problem-solving to deliver strong collection outcomes while maintaining a positive customer experience.
You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely account regularization, identify early warning indicators, and contribute to the Bank's collection and recovery objectives.
