We're seeking a Team lead for Amazon Now Operations. As an Operations Lead, you'll build and scale a new service from the ground up, directly shaping how we serve our customers through strategic operational excellence.Key job responsibilitiesWe're seeking a Team lead for Amazon Now Operations. In this role, you will be responsible for:- Managing, on a daily basis, end to end operations for either one large site or a combination of small sites, supervising store operations- Meeting customer facing metrics, while maintaining cost targets and upholding safety and morale of the team reporting to you- Driving performance management of your team members. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates- Improve the operations process and attain a sustained level of performance improvement- Conducting 4M and 5S audits for the stores on a daily basis- Stand-in for Area ManagerAbout the teamWe are a newly formed team dedicated to redefining fast delivery and building a service that sets new standards in the MENA region.
