Role Overview
The Senior Consultant will support the delivery of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) advisory services for capital projects within the building, construction, and real estate sector. The role requires a qualified Civil Engineer with hands-on exposure to capital project delivery, construction, and real estate developments, combined with Big 4 consulting experience.
The role focuses on assessing and strengthening project governance, risk management, internal controls, and compliance frameworks across the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design through planning and procurement to construction, handover, and operations.
