Executive - P&C Business Partnering

About the Role

We're looking for an Executive to join the People & Culture Business Partnering team, preferably based in the Islamabad office, supporting Corporate Functions across the UAE and KSA. This is a remote/offshore role based in Pakistan, reporting into the Senior Manager onshore in the UAE. You'll be the operational backbone of P&C service delivery - managing employee lifecycle transactions, payroll coordination, budgeting support, HR reporting, and employee relations activities that keep our people processes running accurately and on time.
