Specialist - Contracts

Reporting to Associate Vice President - Indirect Procurement (Supply Chain) the Contract Specialist is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and amending a wide range of procurement contracts and related documentation. The role ensures contracts adhere to legal, policy, and governance standards while enabling operational execution across indirect procurement activities. The incumbent will work closely with internal stakeholders to support contract lifecycle management but will not be involved in commercial negotiations or budget decisions.
