Technical Account Manager - Cloud

The role owns the client relationship, the account plan and the total contract value target for an assigned portfolio of UAE government, semi government and enterprise accounts, together with an associated cloud consumption target. Carry end to end accountability within the ICT Lead to Cash process, from lead identification through contract signature to consumption and expansion, so that revenue growth is repeatable rather than dependent on individual large deals. Sell only what du Tech can execute, so that the client profit and loss realized matches the client profit and loss signed. Act as the single point of accountability for each client held, mobilizing the whole of du Tech on their behalf.
