Sales Executive - Skincare

Working across the Middle East, North Africa, and Asia, GMG has introduced more than 120 brands into its markets.Key Responsibilities:Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective customer engagement and product recommendations.Maintain strong knowledge of skincare, beauty products, and brands to support customer needs.Maximize sales through cross-selling and up-selling.Build strong customer relationships and follow up with regular and high-potential customers.Ensure proper merchandising, product availability, and store presentation.Adhere to store KPIs, SOPs, inventory, expiry, and company policies.Ensure accurate handling of sales transactions and required documentation.Follow company, regulatory, and loss prevention policies at all times.Be flexible to work across different shifts and locations based on business requirements.Eligibility Criteria:High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree preferredMinimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, or healthcareStrong knowledge of skincare and beauty productsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong customer service and relationship-building skills
