Charge Nurse - ER

Provides professional leadership and supervision of ER nursing staff during each shift.
Acts as a role model, mentor, and clinical resource for emergency care.
Ensures appropriate staffing levels, skill mix, and rapid patient triage allocation.
Supports staff with real‑time decision‑making in a fast‑paced, high‑acuity environment.
Offers constructive feedback, coaching, and performance support to the team.
Assumes responsibility for ER unit management in the absence of the Nurse Manager.
