FOREMAN - DOCKWORKER

• To ensure the jobs are performed safely and the safety of work force is of paramount importance.
• Under taking Shiplift inspection on a daily basis.
• Cradle preparation as per the drawings supplied by the Dock Master.
• Ensuring all equipments required for docking and undocking is available and certified for use.
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance of trolleys & Shiplift.
• Ensuring all work is complete to all relevant specifications, safety standards and work instructions.
• To follow up necessary work instructions, DPM, Risk Assessment and Safety reports before commencing the job.
• Assisting in implementation of HSE policy.
• Perform inspections to ensure that the workers performance is up to the set standards.
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.
• Perform other related duties or assignments as directed.
